Acer Aspire One 751H #hardware
The Acer Aspire One 751H looks like a nice package: 11" screen (1366x768) pixels, slow processor, large battery.
For me, on Debian unstable, everything, including the Atheros-based wireless card worked out of the box except the freaking Intel GMA 500 (Poulsbo) graphics card!
M E H!
It seems that the weird driver-thingie worked with Ubuntu hardy, and I've found PPA-packages for jaunty, so I guess I'll have to try and build them on Debian unstable, Linux 2.6.30. Oh joy of joys.
Has someone tackled this already? Please say yes (and tell me. Thank you!)
Update: I took the Ubuntu Mobile Teams Jaunty PPA packages for the psb driver and modified them to build on Debian unstable. I only got it working by force-overwriting files in libdrm2 and removing .so-files from it and resymlinking to the libdrm-psb1-files. My patches are available in a git repository. I haven't had time/energy to try and clean up the libdrm2-problem. Feel free to jump in and help!
